These Terms govern your use of FoodyDesign.com (“FoodyDesign”), a restaurant website design and hosting platform.

1. Services

FoodyDesign provides website templates, hosting, customization tools, and integration with restaurant ordering and management systems.

2. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload, including text, images, logos, and menus. You grant FoodyDesign a limited license to host and display this content solely to operate your website.

3. Prohibited Content

• Content that is illegal, misleading, or infringing
• Content that violates intellectual property rights
• Content containing malware or harmful code

4. Website Availability

FoodyDesign strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance and updates may occur.

5. Domains & Hosting

If you connect a custom domain, you are responsible for domain ownership and renewal. Hosting is provided as part of the service.

6. Fees & Billing

• Subscription fees apply based on selected plans
• Failure to pay may result in site suspension
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law

7. Limitation of Liability

• FoodyDesign is not liable for lost business due to website downtime
• FoodyDesign is not liable for SEO rankings or traffic results
• FoodyDesign is not liable for third-party integrations or external services

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate service for violations of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
